ABS - American Bureau of Shipping
“The American Bureau of Shipping (ABS), headquartered in Houston, Texas, is one of the world's leading classification societies for ships, oil platforms and other maritime structures and their components.
The ABS type approval enables our brake series FDW (size 08-30) and FDX (size 26-50) to access maritime projects in the ABS classification.”

“The China Classification Society (CCS), headquartered in Shanghai, China, is a global classification society in the field of ship classification and the classification of offshore projects (oil drilling platforms and other offshore structures).
This order-related certification is primarily used for our FDX series and requires acceptance by a CCS inspector before delivery.”

CSA - Canadian Standards Association
“The CSA Group (Canadian Standards Association), based in Toronto, Canada, is an independent standards organization that, like the American UL (Underwriters Laboratories), develops standards on the topics of product safety and environmental protection. The CSA Group is recognized as an accredited institution and monitors the implementation of its standards at product level.
The certification of our products by the CSA Group enables us to enter the North American market.”

The validity is monitored quarterly by an inspector from the CSA Group.
DNV - Det Norske Veritas
“Det Norske Veritas (DNV), headquartered in Bærum, Norway, is an international classification society and service provider in the areas of technical consulting, engineering services, certifications and risk management. In 2013, the Norwegian Det Norske Veritas and the German Germanischer Lloyd (GL) merged.
The certification of our FDW (size 08-30) and FDX (size 26-50) brake series by the DNV Maritime Application Standard allows our brakes to be used in DNV classification projects.”

TÜV NORD
TÜV NORD is an internationally active, independent technology services company based in Hanover. Thanks to the ISO 9001:2015 certification, we are subject to the quality management standards of TÜV NORD. This includes continuous improvement of error prevention, reduction of scatter and waste, determination and monitoring of quality-related costs, product liability and product safety, product and process development, interdisciplinary collaboration.

TSG-Typprüfzertifikat für Krananlagen
Das TSG-Typprüfzertifikat nach TSG 51-2023 basiert auf den chinesischen Sicherheitsvorschriften für sogenannte „Sonderausrüstungen“ und regelt die technischen Anforderungen für die Konstruktion, Herstellung, Installation, Modifikation, Wartung und Prüfung von Krananlagen auf dem chinesischen Markt.
Diese Vorschrift wurde von der State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) der Volksrepublik China veröffentlicht und stellt sicher, dass alle sicherheitsrelevanten Komponenten von Krananlagen – darunter auch Bremsen – den strengen chinesischen Normen entsprechen. Die Typprüfung ist ein zentraler Bestandteil dieses Zertifizierungsprozesses und umfasst unter anderem:
- Funktionsanalyse und Sicherheitsbewertung
- Dokumentationsprüfung
- Umwelt- und Belastungstests
- Elektrische Sicherheit und mechanische Zuverlässigkeit
Durch den erfolgreichen Abschluss der Typprüfung gemäß TSG 51-2023 haben wir die offizielle Zulassung erhalten, unsere Bremsentypen FDB und FDW in Krananlagen auf dem chinesischen Markt einsetzen zu dürfen. Dies bestätigt die Konformität unserer Produkte mit den geltenden chinesischen Sicherheitsstandards und ermöglicht uns den Zugang zu einem der weltweit größten Märkte für Hebe- und Fördertechnik.
