Shipping costs are based on the weight and volume of your order and the delivery location.

• Standard shipping within Germany: €4.99 (special delivery areas: €19.99)
• Express shipping within Germany: from €14.99
• Standard shipping to EU countries: from €12.49
• Express shipping to EU countries: from €102.49

Special delivery areas (Germany)

Ferry islands Hiddensee, Helgoland, Neuwerk, Chiemsee, Pellworm, Hooge, Langeneß, Gröde, Föhr, Amrum, Sylt, Langeoog, Spiekeroog, Wangerooge, Norderney, Juist, Baltrum, Borkum

Delivery time

The delivery time from receipt of order is usually:

• Standard shipping: approx. 3-4 business days
• Express shipping: approx. 2-3 business days

Please note that delivery times may be extended due to external factors such as holidays or high shipping volumes.

Shipping conditions

• Shipping is exclusively to business customers (B2B).
• Delivery is made to the delivery address.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track your delivery.

Liability & shipping risk

In accordance with legal provisions, the shipping risk is transferred to the buyer as soon as the goods have been handed over to the shipping service provider.

Returns & complaints

If your delivery is damaged or incomplete, please contact us immediately. Returns are only possible after prior consultation.
