Our disposable packaging is the standard concept for shipping our products. Despite its simple design, it offers reliable protection. Each brake is individually packed and secured in the box. This is how we lay the foundation for safe and optimal transportation - practical, robust and functional.
FDX/FDS packaging - well thought-out and easy to assemble
For our FDX and FDS series, we rely on a specially developed packaging concept that offers maximum safety and organization. The brakes are inserted precisely into the recesses provided, preventing them from slipping. There is also space for the accessories in clearly defined areas.
This structured system reduces the use of packaging material, while ensuring optimum protection and optimizing the customer's assembly process - even with heavy components.
Reusable packaging - resource-saving and series-optimized
Our reusable packaging actively contributes to reducing packaging waste. They are precisely tailored to the respective brake series - both in terms of packaging units and pallet size.
The result is a sustainable and reusable packaging concept that can be ideally integrated into existing logistics processes.
Euro pallets - sustainable and versatile
The packaging concept based on Euro pallets focuses on resource-saving reuse. The pallets can be fitted with wooden frames as required, which significantly reduces the use of cardboard packaging.
Alternatively, simple cardboard packaging is also possible - flexible and adapted to your logistical requirements.
Seaworthy packaging - safe and corrosion-protected
For transportation by sea, we rely on a special packaging concept with integrated corrosion protection. A VCI protective film is provided for the pallet, which reliably protects the goods from moisture and salty air.
This ensures that your products arrive undamaged, even under demanding transport conditions.
