PRECIMA Magnettechnik offers high-quality electromagnetic safety brakes for freight lifts, goods lifts and platform systems. Our spring-applied brakes ensure reliable holding functions, precise positioning and effective emergency stopping torques – even under high loads and in continuous operation.
Our FDB and FDD series electromagnetic spring-applied brakes are commonly used for the safe transport of loads. They meet the highest safety requirements and are optionally available in a redundant design. The FDB brakes cover braking torques from 3.5 to 500 Nm, while the FDD double brakes with independent operation even offer a range from 2x3.5 to 2x1200 Nm.
Low-noise operation ensures trouble-free use in sensitive environments. The double brakes operate independently of each other and enable a redundant design in accordance with BGV C1 and EN 81, which guarantees maximum safety in lift technology.
Various options are available for function monitoring, including microswitches and inductive sensors. Additional components such as friction plates and mounting flanges expand the range of applications and facilitate integration into existing systems.
