Agricultural autonomous transport systems (AGV) or remote-controlled machines also place high demands on braking solutions: They must function reliably under all conditions, be robust and at the same time require little maintenance. Electromagnetic spring-applied brakes play a key role here, as they not only ensure safe stopping and precise stopping, but also react reliably in an emergency or in the event of a power failure.
