PRECIMA offers high-quality electromagnetic safety brakes and clutches for cranes such as industrial cranes, bridge cranes, and gantry cranes. Our certified FDB and FDW brakes are suitable for indoor and outdoor applications and are distinguished by their robustness, low wear, and high reliability.
With braking torques from 5 to 1500 Nm, they enable the safe holding of heavy loads, precise positioning, and a reliable emergency stop function. The brakes are available for continuous operation (S1 – 100%) as well as intermittent operation (S3 – 40%) and offer protection classes from IP54 to IP66 for use in extreme environments.
Optional features include threaded holes for sensor mounting, mounting flanges, microswitches for function or wear control, inductive sensors for functional control, integrated heaters, temperature sensors, ATEX approvals for Zone 22 (Dubex Zone), and manual release mechanisms.
